What is your approach to pet training?
We are a force-free training and behaviour modification service and proud members of the Pet Professional Guild. We use positive reinforcement to make training fun for you and your dog. No aversives are used in our training: you will NEVER be asked to scare, hurt, jerk or yell at your pet.
What areas do you service?
We offer in home training in Glen Eira, Port Phillip, Stonnington, Bayside, Kingston, Monash and Greater Dandenong City Councils. Travel fees may apply for distances greater than 12km from Bentleigh.
How do I pay for sessions?
We accept cash and bank transfer. Invoices are sent out after the session, payment is due within five days. Notes from your session are emailed within two business days of payment.
What are your business hours?
In home sessions are available between 1PM and 8PM Monday to Friday. Give us a call to organise a time that works for you and your family.
Is my dog too old to be trained?
It's never to late to teach an old dog new tricks, skills or even modify problem behaviour. We have worked with dogs of all ages, from puppies through to dogs who are in their teens.
What happens during a training session?
We'll start the training session by asking what you'd like to work on and getting a history of your dogs behaviour. Then we'll prioritise what is important to you and start training. Typically we can cover between 2-4 topics in detail during an initial consult and 2-3 topics during follow ups.
